Tori Spelling Spotted Screaming Outside Lawyer's Office In Los Angeles Amid 'Imminent' Divorce From Dean McDermott
The writing is on the wall.
As the clock continues to tick on her troubled marriage to Dean McDermott, Tori Spelling’s emotions appeared to get the best of her during a visit to an attorney’s office.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 48, was photographed in Los Angeles on Monday, October 18, screaming into her cell phone while holding a notepad with a “To Do” list. According to zoomed-in photos published by Page Six, Spelling’s itinerary included a reminder stating “3PM Lawyer” to seemingly discuss “assets”, “support” and “custody”.
Spelling’s emotional outing occured on the same day she took to Instagram to share a cryptic post about letting go on Instagram Story. “You’re meant to hurt that hard. That deeply. Remember, the same way you love will be the same way you let go,” the post, shared on Monday, read. “The goal is to be brave enough to face the two. To be strong enough to love when you have to love. And let go when you must let go.”
All signs continue to point to Spelling and McDermott — who share Liam, 14, Stella, 13, Hattie, 9, Finn, 8, and Beau, 4 — ending their 15-year marriage. As OK! previously reported, a source revealed that a split between the two was “imminent”, noting that the Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood costars have been “done” for “months now”.
Spelling has certainly been embracing her independence: Not only has she stepped out rocking a jaw-dropping transformation, but she’s been indulging in more quality time with friends, including Messyness costar Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Jana Kramer.

In July, the BH90210 actress also enjoyed what appeared to be a boozy night at a star-studded dinner party hosted by Million Dollar Listing: LA’s Josh Flagg.
Meanwhile, the former Chopped: Canada host, 54, has been doing his own thing, too. McDermott took in a Rolling Stones concert with son Liam while Spelling took their youngest four children to "Nights of the Jack" on Sunday, October 17. Just last week, he was snapped chatting it up with a group of women at a soccer game — sans his wedding ring.
