Tori Spelling Shows Off Major Unrecognizable Makeover During Night Out As Dean McDermott Split Rumors Mount
Tori Spelling's marriage with Dean McDermott may be crumbling, but she appears to be thriving after she was seen with a completely new look amid the couple's marital woes.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum was seen on Thursday night, September 2, looking unrecognizable while celebrating the wrap of MTV's Messyness with Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi.
The actress offered a glimpse into the ladies' night on the town when she posted a selfie of her and the Jersey Shore star — who is known for going under the knife. While wearing a skintight denim jumpsuit and multiple gold chain necklaces with her beach blonde hair cascading down her face, Spelling appeared to look more like Khloé Kardashian than herself.
“My Messy Bestie… actually we are the duo you never knew you needed. @snooki you might be my twin flame ( but shorter ) love the way we empower each other to be our authentic selves. Xo," the actress captioned the selfie.
Fans were quick to notice the 48-year-old's drastic change in appearance and took to the comment section to discuss her new look. “Wow Tori doesn’t look like her any more,” one Instagram user wrote while another questioned: “Kardashians surgeon?”
Though some fans took this as an opportunity to take jabs at Spelling, others applauded her makeover, with one user commenting: “Honestly Tori Spelling looks AMAZING! Good for you girl! How you spend your money is your business!"

Spelling — who shares children Liam Aaron, 14, Stella Doreen, 13, Hattie Margare and Finn Davey, both 9, as well as Beau Dean, 4, with her estranged husband — opened up in 2019 about the work she's had done, but it appears she may be adding some new procedures to the list after her most recent appearance.
"I literally had my nose done and my boobs done, and that’s it. I’m constantly reading that I’ve done more," she told PEOPLE at the time of rumors circulating about her going under the knife. “People have been talking about me having plastic surgery since I was 17."
Meanwhile, Spelling shared a photo of herself at the end of July in a hospital room waiting to undergo a sinus surgery. While she appeared to be getting the procedure done to help with her health issues, it's unknown if she had anymore work done recently.
Spelling may just be trying to shake up her look, but her complete makeover happens to come as her and McDermott's marital woes have been making headlines. News of their rocky romance has been circulating for a while now, as they haven't been spotted together in recent months and were seen on separate occasions without their wedding rings.
OK! recently learned the handsome hunk, 54, wants out of their marriage — after they tied the knot in 2006 — but finances are getting in the way. “Dean wants to file [for divorce]— he just can't afford it,” a source spilled, adding: “Tori and Dean are totally stuck together right now. Neither of them can afford to go through divorce proceedings."
This isn't the first time their relationship was put to the test. In 2014, the couple found themselves engulfed in a cheating scandal when the actor admitted he had been unfaithful to his wife.
