Adam Lind vowed to get shared custody of his daughter with ex-girlfriend Chelsea Houska, but he’s giving up without a fight! The Teen Mom 2 star will no longer pursue joint custody of Aubree after his nude photo scandal.
“It’s been quite on that front,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “He knows he has a losing case.”
When Adam, 26, took Chelsea, 24, to court for joint custody and unsupervised visits with the 6-year-old in March 2015, a judge ruled in Chelsea’s favor and told him to try again in six months.
But when it came time to file again, Adam held back. “He knows nothing will change,” the insider said. “So he doesn’t bother.”

Although Adam has custody of his youngest daughter Paislee with ex-girlfriend Taylor Halbur, he has still gotten in trouble. He was recently involved in a nude photo scandal when his ex Jessica Nicole posted a sexual photo of them on Instagram. He also went on a racist and homophobic rant against a follower.

Chelsea and her family are reportedly “disgusted” by Adam’s behavior. He currently has supervised visits with his daughter every other weekend.
