Glee star Cory Monteith was found in a hotel room after taking a lethal cocktail of heroin and booze at 31.
Singing legend Whitney Houston died of accidental drowning in 2012 at age 48, but while the coroner ruled the death accidental, cocaine and other drugs were found in Whitney’s system.
Amy Winehouse tragically passed in 2011 from alcohol intoxication in “lethal amounts” at her London home.
