Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals Insecurities About Her Butt — It's 'Not Great At The Moment'

Gwyneth Paltrow is notorious for maintaining a strict health and fitness regiment. However, the Oscar-winning actress, 46, opened up about how hard it is to keep up this regimented lifestyle, especially on vacation. She also revealed how a trip abroad contributed to some major insecurities about her butt.

At her lifestyle brand goop’s wellness summit over the weekend in the UK, Gwyneth expressed concern about her shape.

She works with celebrity trainer Tracey Anderson, and loves the results. “After months training with Tracy, I walked past the mirror naked one time and thought: ‘Damn, whose butt is that?’ Then I realized it was mine," Gwyneth explained.

“But my butt is not great at the moment. I was just in Italy and I totally pigged out on pasta,” she lamented.

“I have a pretty healthy diet, so when I'm eating processed foods and not watching my alcohol intake, I feel it,” Gwyneth told Women’s Health in 2017. She explained that she is very much in touch with her body and how it reacts to her intake.

“But at the same time, you want deliciousness, you want a fun life—pleasure! You're going to have a baguette-and-cheese-and-red-wine frenzy sometimes,” the actress admitted.

In April, Gwyneth opened up about aging and showed that there’s no shame in getting older.

The Shakespeare in Love actress also wants to rebrand menopause, and ultimately get rid of its bad rap, after she shared a candid video in November 2018.
