“She’s working with his training team on a routine and she’s hitting all the DHA-packed superfoods,” the source confirmed. “She’s started a very light 10-minute walk a day, but plans on building that up slowly to a 30-minute a day workout by the end of January.”
As for her progress, the insider said Hayden is “amazed that she’s already lost 7lbs from breastfeeding alone,” but the perfectionist still “wants to tighten everything up again.”
