Here’s How The Duggars Really Feel About Josh & Anna Having Their Fifth Child

The Duggars have spoken! Nearly a week after the birth of Josh and Anna’s fifth child, a baby boy named Mason Garrett, the disgraced Duggar’s family finally spoke out about his newest addition. While Josh has had drama with his family in the past (back in 2015, an uncovered a police report exposed that the reality star was accused of molesting five girls, including at least two of his own sisters, as a teen), it seems all is well in the Duggar household as even his sister Jessa (who spoke out after Josh’s scandal) congratulated him and his wife on the birth of little Mason.

Josh and Anna first revealed that they were expecting another child back in March, nearly two years after Josh’s infamous cheating and molestation scandal.

The couple addressed Josh’s shameful past in their pregnancy announcement as they wrote: “For nearly the last two years, we have quietly worked to save our marriage, focus on our children, and rebuild our lives together as a family. Doing so is never easy after a breach of trust. We’ve learned that a life of faith and rebuilding a life together is simply done one day at a time. As we continue our journey as a family and rebuild our lives, we are delighted to share with you that we are expecting a new baby boy later this year. Beauty comes from ashes and we cannot wait to see and kiss the face of this sweet new boy!”
