The holiday season is already off to a rough start between Jenelle Evans and her ex Nathan Griffith.
Jenelle revealed to RadarOnline.com exclusively that she has set a strict set of rules for Nathan to follow if he plans on spending some time with his son for the holidays. “I have been telling him, ‘You need to get a car seat. You need to get a car chair. You need to get your license back,'” she explained.

Another very important rule that Evans demanded to be followed is not taking their son, Kaiser, out of South Carolina. According to Jenelle, Nathan has not seen him since the end of October because he took him to Boston without her permission.
Nathan, however, has a different take on the custody battle. RadarOnline.com previously reported that he claims Jenelle is not allowing him to see their son until he gets his girlfriend, Jessica Henry, to drop the charges against her. In August, Jenelle was arrested after she threw glass at Jessica’s head when Nathan was picking up his belongings from her house.
Even though their custody battle is on-going, Jenelle admits that her and Nathan are doing well as they are in “the process of coming up with a custody agreement.”

With all the drama aside, Jenelle is looking forward to spending Christmas with her two sons Jace and Kaiser, her new boyfriend, David Eason, and his daughter. She hopes to just “stay home with all the kids and have a family day.”
