Jenelle Evans’ appearance has changed drastically over the last month – and we’re not talking about her hair extensions and weight loss! The Teen Mom 2 star is the latest celebrity to receive lip injections, and OKMagazine.com has all the exclusive details on the cosmetic procedure from the woman who treated Evans, Dr. Tabasum Mir.
“Jenelle had lip injections,” Dr. Mir revealed. “She got juvederm put in her lip. It lasts about nine months.”
Because of the TM2 star’s petite frame, Dr. Mir made sure Evans’ lips didn’t “look crazy” following the procedure. “Everyone just assumes that when you get your lips done, they’re automatically going to look harsh,” she explained. “Even Kylie Jenner’s lips didn’t get that big right away. She probably had several treatments before it got that big.”
From Jenner to Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham, more and more celebrities have gone overboard on plumping their lips. But Dr. Mir insists she will make sure Evans isn’t one of them! “There’s nothing illegal or medically wrong with having big lips, but aesthetically it just doesn’t look right,” the former Singles Project star revealed. “I think that because she’s so tiny and petite, I don’t think Jenelle wants to go too big. But if she did, I would tell her if I thought it was too big.”
In addition to keeping up with her lip injections, Dr. Mir dished on future procedures the MTV star plans to undergo. “The main thing for Jenelle is skincare, and probably in the future she’ll get some vitamin peels just because she does the sun and it helps with sun damage,” she explained. “She’s going to be using my skin care pads that I have that have colic and salicylic in it and that’s going to keep her acne at bay.”

Dr. Mir believes Evans’ new and improved pout will not only boost her looks, but also her confidence. “She looks fabulous,” she confessed. “She never liked her lips before and now she can really enjoy them!”
