
Jenelle Evans Sets Court Date To Battle Mom For Son, But ‘Can’t Get It Together’

Jenelle Evans swears she’s desperate to get back custody of her son Jace from her mom, Barbara Evans — but is she really serious about raising her son?

The troubled MTV star officially scheduled an Aug. 4 court date to face a North Carolina judge in the matter, according to RadarOnline.

However, a source close to the Teen Mom star says she is “holding the process up.”

“Jenelle has been saying that she wants to get custody of Jace back for years, and now she’s really going to have the opportunity to do so,” a source told Radar.

“But she has to actually go ahead and get it done and she just hasn’t so far,” noted the source. “Jenelle does want Jace back, but the process is always held up by something. Either she is dealing with” her fiancé, Nathan Griffin, “or just can’t get it together. But she could get him back now.”
