Jill’s sister Jessa shared a photo of the trio boarding a plane on July 5 after the couple announced they would be traveling abroad for mission work. “So excited for @jillmdillard & @derickdillard!” Jessa wrote. “They've been praying about and working towards this transition since late last year, and are so excited to finally be heading to the mission field!”

The Dillards announced in late June that they would be traveling to an undisclosed location “for longer than the typical short-term mission trip.”

“After much prayer and seeking Godly counsel, we realized that taking this opportunity and moving overseas in order to serve is the best option for our family,” Derick wrote. “Earlier this year we shared our plans with our families and in May, I shared this decision with my manager at Wal-Mart.”
Jill and Derick said they first started planning their move overseas “several months ago,” but announced they will be moving after news broke about the Josh Duggar molestation scandal.
The eldest Duggar of 19 Kids And Counting admitted to sexually abusing five female victims in 2002 and 2003, two of which included Jessa and Jill. Both sisters appeared on Fox News to defend their brother.
So far, there has not be news about whether TLC will cancel 19 Kids, but it looks like three of its stars will not be on the show if it continues.
