Joe Giudice Joins Instagram & Poses With Teresa's Ailing Father
Weeks after his release from ICE custody and subsequent relocation to Italy, Joe Giudice has joined the world of Instagram. On Sunday, November 3, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star took to the social media platform and one of his very first posts included a familiar face — his wife Teresa’s father, Giacinto Gorga.
In a series of photo galleries, Joe, 47 documented his overseas reunion in Sala Consilina with a handful of his family and friends. He posted a picture of himself around a dinner table and then a series of pictures of him at what appeared to be a bar.
In the two pictures of Joe with Giacinto, the Bravo star had his arm slung around his father-in-law and they were all smiles for the camera. “On the other side of the world #familyandfriends #forgetaboutit,” he wrote in the caption. Giancinto lives in New Jersey with Teresa.
“Always a full table….” Joe wrote under another post.
Teresa and Joe’s daughter Gia also got in on the social media fun. “You look so good daddy❤️❤️,” she told him in the comment section. Under another picture she wrote, “Can’t wait to see u.” To which he responded, “Can’t wait to see you sweetheart.”

Though the father of four has already kicked off his post-prison reunions, the biggest reunion them all — with Teresa and their daughters — is still days away. During their Bravo special, Teresa admitted to host Andy Cohen that she was nervous to be face to face with her estranged husband.
“We’re both two different people now,” Teresa said at the time. “I’m not the same Teresa I was and he’s not the same Joe. I do love him as a person. I don’t know how I’m going to feel when I see him.”
Joe didn’t seem any more optimistic about the future of their relationship. “If we stay together, we stay together. If we don’t. We don’t. We’ll see,” he said.
After serving 41-months in prison for fraud, Joe — who was born in Italy and is not a US citizen — was transferred to ICE custody. Joe asked to be released from ICE custody and transferred to his native Italy as he awaits a final decision in his deportation case.
