Kaitlyn Bristowe! The Canadian dance instructor is the franchise’s new Bachelorette. While she was ecstatic over the news, Britt couldn’t help but shed tears when Chris sent her home. “I didn’t see that coming at all,” she said. “I want to be a wife and mom more than anything in the world. I’m so grateful for the experience, but I almost wish I hadn’t met them because that makes it a lot harder to walk away from.”

As Kaitlyn celebrated with her suitors, reality quickly set in when she realized some of the men want to be with Britt. Contestant Tony said, “My heart truly resonated with Britt. Knowing she’s not going to be here now, it definitely does hurt. Where does that leave me?”

The men felt the same way, as they watched bachelors accept roses who vowed just moments before that they wanted Britt. “I think that if you’re here for Kaitlyn, you shouldn't be going home,” a contestant said.
In the middle of the rose ceremony, Brady pulled Kaitlyn to the side to chat. “My heart is with the woman who left a couple of hours ago. See ya,” he said before being brought to Britt’s hotel to meet her. “I’m going to see if she’s open to finding love. Life’s too short to not trust your heart.”
The Bachelorette airs Mondays at 8/9c on ABC.
