One follower took to the comments and advised the mother of one to keep him off of the show. The fan wrote, "Keep him OFF the Housewives and you’ll be fine…We don’t need the 'pot stirrer' Tamra Judge or Icky Vicki Gunvalson around him.” Kelly replied back, "Agreed." Another fan said, “Don’t screw it up Rick,” to which he responded, “Not a chance.”

Rick has also stood by his girlfriend amid her legal battles. On November 1, news surfaced that Vicki, 57, was suing her costar for defamation. The Fox News reporter and Kelly were spotted hanging out on eastern Long Island hours after the announcement. Vicki filed a lawsuit claiming Kelly made several negative comments on the Real Housewives of Orange County that could damage her reputation and her business.

"You prey on older people," was one of Kelly's comments. "You are a con woman," was another. "You engaged in 'fraud,'" was the third, according to court documents obtained by AMI. Vicki believed that Bravo and its parent company, NBC Universal would not edit out the comments in the episode.

Vicki voluntarily withdrew her suit against her castmate on November 5. “She has spoken to the producers and has resolved the issues amicably," a source told People. A separate insider dished to Us Weekly that same day and said, “Vicki withdrew her suit against the network, production company and Kelly. No scenes were edited out. Their confrontation will still be seen in an upcoming episode. And Vicki is planning to attend the reunion.”

The season 14 reunion of RHOC was filmed on November 8 and it was reported that Kelly and Vicki got into an explosive fight on set. "Kelly Dodd and Vicki Gunvalson got into the most epic feud during the RHOC reunion. It’s by far Vicki’s best reunion to date. There was a lot of yelling and finger pointing when it came to these ladies especially," a source revealed to HollywoodLife.com.
