Leah Messer has been putting up a strong front on social media ever since she lost custody of her twin daughters to Corey Simms. But behind-the-scenes, the Teen Mom 2 star is coming apart at the seams. Loved ones fear the custody change is making the “depressed” mother-of-three “suicidal.”
“Leah seems deeply depressed, and everyone is very concerned,” a source told RadarOnline. “She can’t imagine life without her girls.”
Leah’s mother, Dawn Spears, has turned to friends for “advice on how to help her.”

Although Leah completed a stint in rehab for stress and depression, and was caught slurring her words and falling asleep mid-sentence on Teen Mom 2, she has yet to open up about her reported prescription pill addiction to friends.
“It’s obvious that she has struggled with pills, but she refuses to talk about it,” the insider revealed of Leah, who admitted to taking prescription painkillers after a botched epidural in 2013. “If she won’t be honest, how is she ever going to truly get better?”
