Not long after leaving rehab, Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps was spotted sipping out of a coconut when leaving the Juice Bar in the Hamptons. Read on to see the pics.
In a pink and white sundress, the Countess was all smiles as she left the Juice Bar, coconut in hand.
Luann recently left rehab after only a three-week stay. She checked back into the treatment facility not long after the news broke that her ex-husband and children are suing her over her Sag Harbor, NY home.
Luann's ex, Alexandre, has reportedly filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife, claiming she failed to follow through on the terms of their divorce settlement. She was supposed to create a trust for her $3.1 million Hamptons beach house, giving her son and daughter, Noel and Victoria, half of the house.

It's been a hard road to sobriety for Luann, who recently got into a blow-up fight with Dorinda Medley on RHONY about her felony arrest in December.
She was sober for a while before relapsing and heading back to rehab. Now it looks like she's back on a healthy path.
