Jenelle Evans already signed off custody of her son Jace to her mom Barbara, but could her new boyfriend force her to lose custody of her youngest child Kaiser too? After learning that David Eason has a lengthy criminal record, the Teen Mom 2 star’s ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith isn’t taking any chances when it comes to his son being around Jenelle’s new man.
“Nathan is absolutely worried about Jenelle dating David and him being so close to Kai,” a source told RadarOnline. “He is looking into what he can do about custody.”
The insider dished “things are in the works” because Nathan wants his son to “grow up safely and this guy doesn’t seem like a good guy.”

RadarOnline broke the news that David has been arrested for obtaining property by false pretenses, possession of drug paraphernalia, breaking and entering, damaging property, larceny and more. He served time from October 2014 to January 2015.
Jenelle has full custody of Kaiser, while Nathan has supervised visits with the 15-month-old. “Nathan could very easily go to court and try to get custody of Kai,” the source said. “He is looking into what his options are.”
