Uh oh! Nick Carter was arrested in Key West, Florida on Jan. 13 after the 35-year-old was involved in a fight at Hog's Breath Saloon. He was booked for misdemeanor battery, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's website.
The former Backstreet Boy was arrested after a bar brawl in 2002 and again in 2005 for DUI, though he is said to be sober.
Back in October, Carter and his wife Lauren Kitt announced they are expecting their first child and is said to be about 7 months along as of January.

Nick and Lauren were engaged in 2013 and got married in 2014, all while starring on I Heart Nick Carter on VH1.
The former BSB member has said he's since changed his life around after battling with drug and alcohol abuse over the years.
“Nick has led a very troubled life,” a source told OK! magazine in October. “His parents didn’t set a good example. He witnessed them getting drunk and fighting throughout most of his childhood."
In his 2013 autobiography “Facing the Music and Living to Talk About It,” Nick wrote about his troubled past: “I began drinking heavily in my teens and then moved on to drugs at 18 or 19, starting with marijuana and moving up to cocaine, Ecstasy and prescription painkillers, among other substances.”
