Mariah Carey may have looked super happy without ex-hubby Nick Cannon while on vacation in Aspen, Colarado with their kids, and there is a reason for it! The diva has decided to move on, and doesn’t want Nick back!

Early in December, there were reports that the couple would reconcile over Christmas (since they did spend Thanksgiving together), for the sake of their kids, Monroe and Morroccan. But it just wasn’t meant to be. And that’s due to Mariah’s feelings! 

A source tells OKMagazine.com exclusively, “She’ll never take him back.”

And not only won’t she take Nick back, but Mariah has also moved on! “She’s not wasting any time moving on either. She likes having a man in her life, especially to help her co-parent, and wants a new guy on her arm by the time spring comes around.” Alright then, Mariah!

So how is Mariah preparing for the next chapter in her life? By going on a diet and looking as amazing as possible, of course.

“She’s going on a big New Year diet to lost 20lbs and plans on hitting the dating scene straight away,” a source says. 

The only issue? Her friends think she’s moving too fast! “She’s incredibly fragile right now and still hurting from the split – it could all end in tears if she falls for the wrong guy too quickly.”

It makes sense tha they are concerned about her moving too quickly—Mariah married Nick married after only dating for two months!
