Yolanda Foster has been struggling with health issues for years now and her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast mates have called into question the authenticity of her symptoms. The former model had enough of the rumors and finally confronted the women at Kyle Richards’ finale party!
RadarOnline.com has learned that Yolanda got into a heated argument with the ladies and purposefully wanted to cause a scene!
The get-together took place at Kyle’s Coachella Valley second home. A source revealed that Yolanda “learned that the women had been questioning her Lyme disease diagnosis, with Lisa Rinna and Taylor Armstrong leading the charge. Taylor wasn’t at the party but that didn’t stop Yolanda from lighting into Lisa Rinna, Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle.”
In the new trailer for season six, the women suspect Yolanda may be faking her disease and throw around Munchausen syndrome allegations, which is a “factitious disorder, a mental disorder in which a person repeatedly and deliberately acts as if he or she has a physical or mental illness when he or she is not really sick.”

“The ladies seemed to think Yolanda had become a hypochondriac, or was making herself sick from undergoing so many alternative treatments,” explained the source. “Yolanda was very, very upset and did indeed yell at them.”
