She points out that your daily coffee could be costing you not only a bunch of dollars but also a ton of unwanted fat grams and calories! So cut out that morning coffee run and instead whip up this up at home instead. Lisa prefers instant coffee with one of over 25 flavors of Coffee-mate and a sugar-free syrup. This way you still get the sweetness and flavor but without all those silly calories.

And don't put that Coffee-mate back in the refrigerator so quickly. It has many, many more uses. Lisa uses it to create a delicious Blendy Vanilla Bliss smoothie that packs only 135 calories! She also drizzles it on french toast for a fun morning snack and apples and greek yogurt when it's time for a sensible dessert. Plus, leave it to Hungry Girl to spruce up that boring old oatmeal with some Dark Chocolate Fudge Coffee-mate. Are you drooling already?
