Since Keeping Up With the Kardashians is set to end in 2021, you can bet the Kardashian family is going out with a bang. During the sneak peek of season 19 — which premieres on Thursday, September 17 — Kim Kardashian asks her sister if she wants a fourth child with her baby daddy, Scott Disick.
"Scott's like, 'We're going for baby number four.' Is that serious?" the 39-year-old asked Kourtney. "I want to know."
Naturally, Kris Jenner asked her daughter the big question — is she pregnant? However, the clip ends before anyone can find out the answer.

Disick, 37, and the 41-year-old Kardashian have been hanging out a lot this summer ever since he called it quits with Sofia Richie, so it wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibilities that she might have a bun in the oven. Even Caitlyn Jenner is rooting for the former flames to get back together.
"They’ve got all these kids together," the former Olympian told Entertainment Tonight. "I think always it’s the best for the kids to have a mother and a father that’s right there all the time. I don’t know if that’s ever gonna work out.
"So many of my kids had never gotten married, but had families and all the kids seem to be doing great. They’re just great kids. Kourtney and Scott are both good parents. Whether they work it out themselves for a lasting relationship, I don’t know. That’s a Kourtney question."

This season will also focus on COVID-19 and how the family adjusted to quarantine earlier this year, Disick’s rehab stint, a troubling situation involving Kendall Jenner, and of course, Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson's relationship.
Khloé and the NBA star are currently giving their relationship another shot, but in the video, it seems like the mom of one is nervous to let her baby daddy back in her life again. "One of my fears is you’re acting like this until you get what you want, and if you do, you’re going to turn into the old Tristan again," she told Thompson.
Despite Thompson cheating on Khloé with Jordyn Woods last year, the two are “stronger than ever,” a source told In Touch. The pair has "gotten over their issues" and has "never been happier."
Last week, Kim revealed that KUWTK would be done filming by next year. However, a source exclusively told OK! that the family was fired since the network refused to pay them another $150 million to keep the famous family around for five more years.

"The last deal Kris Jenner signed was in 2017 giving her and the family $30 million per season. That deal has expired, and greedy Kris wanted at least $40 million per season to continue even though ratings have been declining dramatically," an insider told OK!.
