Simple Snack Ideas That Taste Too Good to Be Healthy—But Really Are!
More often than not, the quickest snacks are not always the healthiest. Luckily, we got celebrity chef Paula Hankin to show us a couple quick snacks that are not only healthy but taste like they shouldn’t be, that’s how good they are!
Check out the video above to see the treats she whipped up for us at Frolic playspace in NYC. First are apple slices with low-fat cream cheese and then sprinkled with Kind clusters on top. This gives it some extra crunch and protein and the combo is surprisingly tasty and leaves you feeling full. Next up, Paula spreads some almond butter on a graham cracker and puts pieces of banana on top of that for a snack full of protein and potassium. Move over protein bars and carrots, there’s some new snacks in town!
