It looks like Donald Trump could hear the words "you're fired" if some people have their way.
The real estate tycoon has claimed president Barack Obama is not from the United States for the last time. His outrageous behavior and untrue accusations that the commander -in- chief faked a copy of his Hawaiian birth certificate has angered people to the point that an online petition has been circulating that demands Macy's drop the Apprentice boss as their spokesperson.
So far over 400,000 people have signed the document and the petition, which can be found on SignOn.org reads, "Donald Trump does not reflect the 'magic of Macy's.' "We urge you to sever ties with him. Macy's says it has a strong obligation to be 'socially responsible' and that 'actions speak louder than words.' Indeed. It's time to act."
In addition to the controversial birther claims, the petition states Donald "used his public platform to deny the reality of climate change," and he "personally attacking women he disagrees" with.
According to E! News, Donald wasn't available to comment on the situation, but Michael Cohen, Executive Vice President and Special Counsel to the millionaire, questioned the "legitimacy and accuracy" of the site as well as the amount of people who have signed the petition.
"The Trump Organization values its long standing relationship with Macy's and looks forward to many more years of continued success," he said.
