After failed stints in rehab for Scott Disick, the Kardashian family is considering a more extreme alternative for the troubled father of three: jail. In a sneak peek for this week’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kris Jenner believed jail would be best for Scott, who has struggled with sobriety in the past.

“As time goes on, Scott just seems to get worse,” Kourtney said in her confessional. “I wanna be mad but then I also worry about Scott’s safety, he definitely has a problem that he has to deal with, so it’s hard.”

Kourtney then explained how their friend was worried that police could “arrest him and take him to jail” instead of rehab.

That’s when Kris admitted that jail wouldn’t be the worst idea for Scott. “That could be the best thing for him,” she said. “That’s the best wake-up call of all to be thrown in jail with no alcohol, no nothing.”

Kim Kardashian agreed with her mother, explaining in her confessional, “Kourtney sees a lot of things that she wasn't aware of before. I think she's done everything she can to help Scott and that's just what's really heartbreaking."
