New mom Scarlett Johansson is back to her pre-pregnancy shape!

The Avengers actress stepped out Monday for the first time since having her daughter Rose Dorothy with fiancé Romain Dauriac in September. She wore a black and white printed dress showcasing her svelte post-baby body.

But how did she get those famous curves back in such record time?

A source told OKMagazine.com exclusively that ScarJo spent two-hours-a-day in the gym and ate tons of superfoods!

“Her body’s bounced back into shape faster than she’d expected,” an insider told OK! “She looks and feels amazing!”

The insider said Scarlett does cardio and kettle bell workouts in the gym as well as yogalates twice a week.

ScarJo is also “very careful about what she eats,” according to the source. “She has a superfood with every meal, so it’s blueberries, oats, broccoli, pumpkin, salmon, soy, spinach, walnuts, yogurt and green tea.”

The starlet is also rumored to do waist training like Kim Kardashian to cinch her waist.
