As we said earlier when we showed you this exclusive clip from Karley Shipley's episode of 16 & Pregnant, we were having flashbacks to Leah Messer's episode from season 2. And nope, not just because both Karley and Leah gave birth to twin girls!

For one, both ladies ended up marrying their baby daddies when they were pregnant and barely out of high school. Also, both had baby daddies who wanted to spend money on trucks instead of their children. Karley and Leah also both have supportive parents and siblings—which unfortunately not all the other girls on the show are lucky enough to have—and last but not least, both sets of babies are fraternal twin girls with "A" names. Karley has Amayah and Amariah, and Leah's twins are Ali and Aleeah.
