Annie Knight, an Australian OnlyFans creator, captured public attention a year ago when she completed a daring challenge involving 583 men in six hours.
The event, however, resulted in Knight being hospitalized shortly after.
Recalling Her 583 Men Challenge

She recalled feeling concerned about the demanding challenge before taking part.
Knight, in an exclusive interview, expressed her initial concern about the immense task.
"Doing 583 in a day is quite a lot so I was a little bit worried that I was gonna really struggle with it," she stated.
Previously, she had only managed 24 men in one day, making the challenge appear daunting. Surprisingly, she described the experience as “honestly fine” and was “shocked by how easy it was.”
The Challenge Led to a Hospital Stay

Annie Knight later faced hospitalization and health complications after the event.
The event drew significant interest, with Knight receiving 2,000 registrations. She mandated that all participants wear condoms for safety.
Knight's fiancé, Henry Brayshaw, provided emotional support, calling her before the event to wish her luck. “He was actually at work the day of the event, but he called me in the morning, wished me luck,” she shared.
Following the challenge, Knight posted an Instagram Story from her hospital bed, wearing a blue gown. “I guess 583 guys in a day isn’t that good for your body,” she remarked, highlighting the physical strain she experienced. Knight later revealed that she underwent blood tests and medical evaluations in the aftermath.

Annie Knight Details Her Ongoing Health Struggles

The OnlyFans creator discussed the physical toll the challenge had taken on her body.
Reflecting on her health, Knight recounted how her body “just hit a wall.”
She experienced significant exhaustion, exacerbated by her ongoing battle with endometriosis. "Hormonal imbalances can cause irregular and heavy periods," she noted, indicating a link between the challenge and her health issues.
In June 2025, Knight updated her followers on her struggles, stating that she did not have “any answers” regarding her health complications.
“I’m not doing very well, I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge,” she admitted. Knight expressed frustration that medical professionals focused on her challenge rather than her long-standing endometriosis concerns.
The Challenge Boosted Her OnlyFans Earnings

Annie Knight reflected on the career boost that followed the challenge.
Despite the health challenges, the financial outcome of the event was substantial. Knight reported making around $200,000 monthly before the challenge, but her earnings tripled afterward. "It’s been pretty amazing," she commented. However, she anticipated a decline in income after the initial surge, which she experienced. "Now it’s pretty consistently been $450,000 a month,” she explained.
Knight's journey highlights the serious risks associated with “competitive s--” and explicit content on platforms like OnlyFans. Experts emphasize the need for awareness regarding potential health consequences.
As Knight navigates her health and career, she remains a noteworthy figure in the discussion surrounding social media fame and its implications.
