"Hello, everybody, I’m alive," the 35-year-old began in a video posted on Instagram on Sunday, June 20. "It was dicey there for a little bit. I joke, but it was."

Waddell explained that she started having "really bad intestinal cramps" while waiting to board a flight, but attributed it to something she ate. Ultimately, she began to feel worse once she got on the plane.
