Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell are loving their new life with the latest addition to their family, daughter Grace Warrior.
One week after welcoming their first child together, Irwin gushed over "perfect" Grace on her "one week old" birthday via Instagram on Thursday, April 1, sharing that the past week has been filled with "sweet snuggles and infinite love."

The new dad, 24, shared a similar snap of the family-of-three via his respective Instagram page, captioning the post: "One week as a family of 3❤️ My two beautiful girls make every day perfect."
The lovebirds welcomed baby Grace, weighing in at 7 lbs. and 7 oz., at 5:52 p.m. on Thursday, March 25 — one year after they tied the knot.
Irwin paid tribute to her and Powell's ray of sunshine while also celebrating the duo's anniversary via Instagram. "Celebrating the two loves of my life," she began her lengthy caption alongside a family photo and snap of a baby koala onesie. "Happy first wedding anniversary to my sweetheart husband and day of birth to our beautiful daughter."

While calling the couple's "graceful warrior" the "most beautiful light," the 22-year-old explained that the new parents named Grace after her "great-grandmother, and relatives in Chandler’s family dating back to the 1700s." Grace's middle name is also a touching tribute to Irwin's late dad, Steve, and his "legacy as the most incredible Wildlife Warrior," Irwin shared in her post.
The Australian TV personality first announced her bun in the oven on Instagram back in August, OK! reported. "It's an honor to share this special moment in our lives with you. Though I'm still in my first trimester, we really want you to be part of our journey from the beginning of this new life chapter," Irwin captioned her post of her and Powell holding up a tiny Australian Zoo t-shirt. "We couldn’t wait to share the news as this beautiful little being has become the most important part of our lives."
She has since kept her 4.6 followers updated on her nine-month road to motherhood, often showing off photos of her baby bump and offering sneak peaks of Grace's zoo-themed nursery prior to her arrival.
Irwin's pregnancy journey will be shown in an upcoming TV special, Crikey! It's a Baby!, which will be streamed on Sunday, April 25, only on discovery+.
