Brian Laundrie's Former Coworker Claims Missing Fugitive Was The Kind Of Guy Who 'Would Get Pissed Off Pretty Quick'
Brian Laundrie's former coworker has come forward with details about the fugitive's personality.
Michael Livingston — a landscaper for a Long Island Garden Center — claimed to have worked alongside the missing 23-year-old in 2017 and 2018.
Livingston told Fox News Digital that Laundrie “never came across as the kind of person that would be the killing type,” but that he was easily angered.
“He had that tendency to be — I don’t wanna say the wrong thing and make him sound worse than he already is — he was [the] kind of a guy who would get pissed off pretty quick," Livingston said.
The 31-year-old lanscaper also noted that Laundrie — who is a person of interest in the murder of his fiancée Gabby Petito — always kept clean hands while working at the nursery, despite handling soil and plants.
“I remember from back then he was a big yoga nut, always telling me ‘I gotta worry about my zen,’” Livingston said, describing Laundrie as a “weirdo.”
He told the outlet that Petito would visit a few times a week, and that the now-deceased 22-year-old “was always a sweetheart, very peaceful,” Livingston said. “She was always really nice to me, and she was really outgoing.”
Livingston claimed that he never saw Laundrie act abusively toward Petito, but that he could tell he was the jealous type.
“He would come over and do the boyfriend thing, put his arm around her, give her a kiss, very possessive,” he said of the fugitive.

Livingston also described Laundrie as a “chameleon” who was skilled in persuading customers to make purchases.
“He was a good employee who knew how to talk to people,” he said. “He knew how to make people like him, he knew how to make people happy, and he knew how to make people buy the product that we had, honest. He had the same kind of air you would be taught if you worked at a dealership.”
Livingston also added that he believed Petito was only “settling” for Laundrie because “he wanted to travel.”
Laundrie and Petito embarked on a cross-country trip in their Ford van over the summer, which the YouTuber was filming for her channel.
However, the trip came to a tragic end when Petito’s family stopped hearing from her around the end of August.
On September 1, Laundrie returned to his home in North Port, Fl., without his fiancé, who was found dead in Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming over two weeks later.
Last week, Teton County Coroner Dr. Brent Blue revealed the young influencer’s cause of death as strangulation.
While authorities have not yet named any suspects in Petito’s murder, a lot of fingers are pointing to Laundrie, who disappeared just days after Petito was reported missing back in September.
The FBI continues to search for the missing person of interest while his parents maintain that they don’t know anything about their son’s whereabouts.
