Fitness buff Sam Asghari has mastered the art of healthy living and has quickly become a well-respected guru to people all across the world who turn to his Instagram for inspiration, tips and occasionally to ogle at the actor’s rock-hard abs. (C'mon... just take one look at him!)
The 27-year-old recently launched Asghari Fitness to inspire his fanbase to change their lives, build confidence and work towards having a ripped body like his.
Asghari has even inspired his girlfriend of nearly five years, pop legend Britney Spears to hit the gym. The “Lucky” singer recently posted a TikTok video of the lovebirds working out together. "Grateful to have Sam to stay in shape with 💪 !!!!! Couples that workout together stay together 😉💪🌸🌹!!!!!" she captioned the clip.
Or maybe Asghari is working out to prepare for the heavy lifting of babies, as OK! recently learned that he is ready to take his relationship with Spears to the “next stop.” A pal stressed that Asghari wants to "be a young dad" — and the “Piece of Me” songstress "is totally on board."
