'Sam Better Watch His Back': Britney Spears' Dad Jamie Will Get Revenge After Sam Asghari Calls Him A 'Total D*ck,' Insider Dishes
After Britney Spears’ boyfriend, Sam Asghari, dared to make a rare public statement slamming her dad, Jamie, for interfering in their relationship, insiders are warning OK! that Asghari needs to be careful — as papa Spears will get his revenge.
“Jamie holds a grudge. He isn’t the sort of man that forgives and forgets,” a source exclusively tells OK!, adding that “Sam better watch his back.”
The source noted that everyone around Britney is shocked that Asghari spoke out against her dad, but now that he has opened the floodgates, we can expect more people to come forward.
“The dam is about to break thanks to Sam,” adds a pal. “Britney’s dad has refused to step down as her co-conservator which means he still has enormous power. No one wants to bite the hand that feeds them, but everyone needs to remember that it is Britney’s money and power, not her dad's. Although, after a decade of him being in charge, it is easy to forget.”
After her boyfriend publicly roasted her father, insiders add that Britney is aware of Asghari’s statement and the courage it took for him to speak out. “Sam is a good man. He loves Britney and has had to bite his tongue for too long,” the insider spills. “Now that the new documentary has exposed the truth, Sam felt empowered to tell the truth, even though he knows he will most likely be punished.”
The “Toxic” singer has been under the control of her dad since 2008 following a series of infamous public meltdowns. Although the singer has requested that Jamie be removed as her conservator, he has not stepped down and a court has not ordered him to relinquish control. Her battle for independence is ongoing.

As OK! previously reported, Asghari took to social media following the release of the controversial documentary, Framing Britney Spears, which chronicles her rise to fame and her messy ongoing conservatorship battle, and called Jamie a “total d*ck.”
“Now it’s important for people to understand that I have zero respect for someone trying to control our relationship and constantly throwing obstacles our way,” he wrote on his Instagram Story on Tuesday, February 9. “In my opinion Jamie is a total d*ck. I won’t be going into details because I’ve always respected our privacy but at the same time I didn’t come to this country to not be able to express my opinion and freedom.”
