Bunnie Xo revealed her plastic surgery details after "melting" all of the filler from her face.
The 46-year-old podcast host got candid about the work she underwent in a Monday, September 7, Instagram Story.
She shared close-up photos of stitches around her eyes after having lower blepharoplasty and showed off under-eye bruising, prompting fans to ask why she decided to go under the knife once again.
Bunnie Xo dissolved all of her fillers before her surgery.
She quickly listed each of her procedures, openly revealing what modifications she was hoping to achieve in the wake of her split from country music star Jelly Roll.
"I had an upper bleph revision," she explained. "Lower bleph with a skin pinch because when I melted all of the fillers out of my face, it made me have bags under my eyes."
Bunnie Xo also noted she is trying to stop using fillers in her face altogether.
No More Filler
Bunnie Xo revealed she had multiple fat transfers.
"Fat transfers all over my face," she listed, adding that she had her own fat injected into her eyes, temples, chin and even labial folds.
"Trying to never put fillers in my face ever again and only use my own fat," she concluded, punctuating the juicy details with a purple heart.
Bunnie Xo confessed she had stopped using facial injectables several years ago, leaving her in need of some tune-ups as "old filler" lingered in her face.
"I had stopped getting filler over three years ago in my face (I did have some in my lips tho)," she said in January. "Had it dissolved multiple times in my cheeks and it still was in my face."

Bunnie Xo revealed she was having her stitches taken out.
For the sake of transparency, Bunnie Xo even uploaded a video of her doctor removing the stitches from her eyelids hours later.
"Rowchhhh," she captioned the gory video.
In March, Bunnie Xo underwent a facelift, a process that she also documented for fans and listeners of her "Dumb Blonde" podcast.
"Send lots of prayers for your girl,” she pleaded on her podcast at the time. “I’m going to look crazy, guys. I’m going to be so bruised. It’s going to be a little weird. Don’t freak out.”
What Else Has Bunnie Xo Had Done?
Bunnie Xo has had multiple plastic surgeries.
Bunnie Xo has long been transparent about her surgeries, even admitting that a facelift in particular was something she'd always been considering.
"Yes, I love natural bodies," she shared earlier this year. "I preach against, you know, plastic surgery that I've had that I wish I hadn't gotten. A facelift is not one of them. If you have listened to previous podcasts, I have literally said for the past three years, I'm going to get a facelift when I'm 46."
Other surgeries in the past have included a b----- augmentation, a rhinoplasty and fat grafting, which moved fat from Bunnie Xo's stomach to her butt. She called the final procedure the worst one she's ever done.
