Life has been twice as nice for Christine Quinn since she found out she was expecting.

According to a friend, the Selling Sunset star, who's pregnant with her and businessman hubby Christian Richard's first child, "isn't holding back" when it comes to treating herself.

The famously free-spending realtor, 31, "has been splurging on designer maternity clothes and lingerie to lounge around in at her L.A. mansion," the pal tells OK!, adding that the reality star has flowers delivered daily for every room in the house. "Milk baths, mani-pedis and facials are also a must, and she has a hairstylist and masseuse on call 24/7."

Richard, 41, is spoiling her too, "organizing romantic dinners at home, yacht cruises and weekend getaways via private jet," continues the friend. "They both figure this is Christine's time to shine, and she doesn't do anything unless it's over the top!" After all, why would pregnancy be any different?

Quinn and Richard tied the knot in a wonderland-themed ceremony in December 2019. The wedding event took place in a cathedral in downtown L.A., and a part of it was also aired in the Selling Sunset season three finale.

Their reception had a black and red theme with black swans swimming around the venue. Quinn also revealed that she was battling COVID-19 during her wedding and did not even realize it, so it only makes sense that her pregnancy be extra special.

"I was really, really sick on my wedding day. I actually had, which I now know, was corona," she said on Goss.ie's "Goss Chats" in July. "I got really sick in late December and we were traveling, and I was sick for about a month when we were filming. I couldn't even have a bachelorette party. I was so bummed about that because I was so sick."

The new addition to Quinn and Richard's family will join the other kids in the house, a.k.a. her two terrier dogs. The star had previously revealed in an interview with Metro in August 2020 that she loves kids and would love to have two boys.

"I grew up playing sports, I love cars and I fly airplanes. I love all the boys stuff, I always have. I was really athletic growing up. I ride horses," Quinn said.
