Chuck Norris' family has responded to false rumors about the actor's death.

The late martial artist-turned-Hollywood star's loved ones took to Norris' Instagram Story on Wednesday, April 1, to address "AI-generated videos" spreading fake claims online regarding his health history and circumstances surrounding what his family said was a "sudden passing."

The spreading of untrue information stemmed from fans begging to know what caused Norris' death — which occurred after he was rushed to a hospital for a medical emergency in Hawaii — though his loved ones have not yet released details as to what led to his loss of life.

"We are aware that since Chuck's passing, there have been a number of Al-generated videos and posts circulating online that contain false and misleading information regarding the circumstances of his passing, his health history, and who was present," the white text, black screen message read.

The statement continued, "These claims are entirely untrue. This includes fabricated reports of past medical issues, as well as false narratives surrounding family relationships. We kindly ask that you do not believe or share any information unless it comes directly from the Norris family or an official family representative."

Chuck Norris' loved ones said he passed away 'suddenly.'

"It is with heavy hearts that our family shares the sudden passing of our beloved Chuck Norris yesterday morning. While we would like to keep the circumstances private, please know that he was surrounded by his family and was at peace. To the world, he was a martial artist, actor, and a symbol of strength. To us, he was a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather, an incredible brother, and the heart of our family," a message shared to the late star's Instagram page revealed.

The note remembered how Norris "lived his life with faith, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to the people he loved."

The statement mentioned Norris' "recent hospitalization" and thanked fans for all the "prayers and support" sent his way.

"As we grieve this loss, we kindly ask for privacy for our family during this time. Thank you for loving him with us," Norris' family concluded.
