Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell are on a roll career-wise, but success is taking a toll on their home life, a source tells OK!
With Shepard's smash hit Armchair Expert podcast and Bell's nonstop TV and movie roles — including Queenpins, due out this fall — “they’ve become Dax and Kristen, Inc.,” says the insider.
“There are more projects, more people on the payroll and a lot more pressure."
The couple — who tied the knot in 2013 and share kids Delta, 6, and Lincoln, 8 — “also have to deal with Dax’s ongoing addiction problems,” the source adds, pointing out the Parenthood alum’s relapse last September after 16 years of sobriety.
As OK! previously reported, the 41-year-old revealed in October that she and Shepard, 46, were seeking help in order to improve their marriage following his relapse. "We’re going back to therapy,” Bell admitted on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. “And I will continue to stand by him because he’s very, very worth it.”

However, there may have been more to the story than Bell let on publicly, says the source: “What she didn’t say is that they’re really getting on each other’s nerves and are often at each other’s throats."
Like any couple, Shepard and Bell aren't perfect — but "they always have each other's backs," a source shared with OK! in March.
Still, that doesn't mean that the pressures aren't getting to them. “Dax and Kristen are becoming what they used to hate, and that's a power couple defined almost totally by their careers,” says the source. "It’s stressing them to the max.”
