Are They Getting Cool For The Summer? Demi Lovato Sparks Dating Rumors With Noah Cyrus After Song Collaboration
New couple alert? Demi Lovato and Noah Cyrus sparked dating rumors after recording a new song for Lovato’s upcoming album Dancing with the Devil… The Art of Starting Over — and subsequently spending tons of QT together.
"They’re very close and have been hanging out," one source commented, hinting that there may be a fling happening. However, another insider close to the 28-year-old said the rumor was "weird" and said "they’re not dating." As Noah is the younger sister of Lovato’s longtime pal Miley Cyrus and her ex-boyfriend Trace Cyrus, hooking up may be out of the question.
"They have dinner sometimes, but they’re not romantic," the insider explained. "They got together for this song that sorta came together a bit last minute, and they hang out."
Lovato was initially hesitant to label her sexuality, but has since said that she is pansexual. "I'm so fluid now, and a part of the reason why I am so fluid is because I was super closeted off," she recently told Joe Rogan.
The "I Love Me" singer recorded "Easy" with Noah, which was penned by Matthew Koma. "It’s a folksy song about leaving something behind… It’s such a personal album for her that lays out her journey," an insider close to Lovato explained.

"Demi's been a work in progress. She's done a lot of self-reflection, a lot of therapy and really hit the reset," a source told OK!, as Lovato has been releasing episodes of her documentary Dancing with the Devil to detail her near-fatal overdose in 2018. "She's finally in a place where she is learning to accept herself the way she is, faults and all."
"She's finally found her true authentic self, inside and out," the insider explained. "Demi gets that some people don't understand her logic, like the fact that she still smokes marijuana in moderation and drinks alcohol, but pals say she's not ashamed of it and wants to be completely honest [about everything going forward]."
Lovato’s seventh studio album will also feature collaborations with Ariana Grande and Saweetie. Dancing with the Devil… The Art of Starting Over will be released on Friday, April 2.
Page Six was the first to report on the rumored fling between Demi and Noah.
