Donald Trump's Loyal Aide Natalie Harp Spotted Trailing President on Golf Course During Weekend Tee Time: Photos

Natalie Harp, President Donald Trump's close White House aide, spent the final weekend of August accompanying him at the Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Va.

The 35-year-old assistant was photographed trailing the president throughout the weekend, wearing a golf cap and at one point riding alongside him in the presidential SUV, according to images captured by Getty photographer Tasos Katopodis.

Harp appeared to be wearing a golf cap and holding a phone, while Trump was wearing a white golf polo.

The dutiful aide was spotted carrying two laptops and three cell phones across the course to keep the president connected.

She joined Trump in his immediate orbit, continuing to operate by his side during both official travel and casual weekend visits.

According to The Daily Beast, the press pool spotted Harp leaving the dinner with Trump and his chief of staff, Susie Wiles, around 9 p.m.

Harp has drawn significant public and media attention due to her unique role within the administration.

She has earned the nickname “the human printer” for constantly tracking positive news, social media engagement and flattering headlines to deliver directly to Trump.

Recent political reporting revealed that she had previously left highly adoring personal notes for Trump, including phrases such as "You are all that matters to me," sparking heavy scrutiny from critics and political opponents.

Before entering politics as an anchor on the One America News Network, Harp publicly credited Trump’s 2018 Right to Try Act for saving her life during her battle with stage 2 bone cancer.

Some anti-Trump political groups and online commentators have hyperbolically framed her as a "caregiver" or described the White House operational environment as "deranged.”

The harsh characterizations intensified following a CNN report in August 2026, in which her estranged brother, Preston Harp, publicly described her fierce dedication to Trump as an "unhealthy obsession."

This included an incident in which she allegedly climbed into the cargo trunk of an SUV in Trump's motorcade to avoid being left behind for a court appearance.

While Trump loyalists have defended Harp as “hard-working,” First Lady Melania Trump hasn’t said much, but conflicting reports have her either incensed at Harp or thankful for her.

Some say Melania is actually "grateful for her" and not jealous of Harp’s constant presence. According to sources close to the family, the elderly president requires "around-the-clock" attention, and Harp's devotion takes an enormous amount of pressure off the First Lady, allowing her to maintain her desired privacy.

Conversely, prominent Trump biographer Michael Wolff has claimed that Melania has previously refused to appear at certain public events when Harp is present, suggesting strict boundaries around who has access to the president.

In a rare recent appearance, Melania and Donald attended the Freedom 250 Grand Prix in Washington, D.C., with Harp standing just a few feet behind them. Viral video footage showed Melania walking away shortly after Harp approached the booth, fueling public and media speculation regarding tension between them.
