Did Erika Jayne & Tom Girardi Cheat On Each Other? 'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills' Star Addresses Rumors
Erika Jayne continues to get real about the demise of her marriage to Tom Girardi on the current season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Well, kind of.
In the Wednesday, June 30, episode of the reality series, the 49-year-old met up with pal Lisa Rinna for a shopping trip — and the two quickly got down to business.
Recounting a conversation with fellow RHOBH housewife Garcelle Beauvais from the day before, Jayne noted that the Coming 2 America actress informed her that she had some “gossip” as the camera cut to the two chatting.
“I went to a store and this woman who's a salesperson there said, well, ‘I’ve seen Tom at a restaurant with a blonde girl who is 60 years old,’" Beauvais, 54, told Jayne, who responded, “It’s possible, but I don’t know who that person is.”
Beauvais then asked, “So no third party on his part?” The Pretty Mess author lamented, “Not that I know of.”
(Jayne may have been holding back some information from her pal. Though the timelines are unclear, the episode appeared to be filmed during the holiday season, as the entertainer was shopping for Christmas decorations. Last December, she took to Instagram to share multiple screenshots of alleged text messages between Girardi and another woman and claimed: “This is Justice Tricia A. Bigelow. She was f**king my husband Tom Girardi and he was paying her Saks bill and paying for her plastic surgery.”)

As OK! previously reported, Jayne was convinced that her marriage had fallen apart because her soon-to-be ex-husband was allegedly having “multiple affairs.” The reality star filed for divorce from the former attorney after 21 years of marriage in November 2020.
“It’s not the first time that I’ve heard it," Jayne later admitted in a confessional of Beauvais' statement. "But If I’m 81-and-a-half years old, and out there still trying to get some p***y, hats off to you player.”
Jayne also touched on circulating reports that she had visited a sex shop with Scooter Braun — and was having an affair with Gleb Savchenko.
“I was seeing my old Dancing with the Stars partner, then I was seeing Scooter Braun. I haven’t seen either one of them in four-and-a-half, five years,” she explained to Rinna. “It’s silly as f**k.”
"If I gave a s**t, I’d sue," Jayne said in another confessional, "but I’ve got so much on my plate, I don’t really care.”
She’s not kidding. Jayne and Girardi are embroiled in a messy lawsuit for allegedly embezzling settlement funds meant to go towards the families of those killed in a 2018 Boeing airplane crash. Most recently, Jayne has been accused of refusing to turn over bank statements and other documents to a bankruptcy trustee looking into the assets she shares with her estranged husband — and now, her accountant, lawyer and landlord are being ordered to provide her financial records in court.
