Erika Jayne was spotted running errands in West Hollywood, California. The singer had her blonde locks pulled up in a messy bun and wore a chic pair of sunnies to block out the sun.
In photos obtained by Daily Mail, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was spotted scoping out a building that had a vacant one-bedroom apartment.
The humble abode would be a far cry from the lavish $1.5 million rental Jayne is currently living in near Hancock Park.
Jayne had recently slashed the price on her Pasadena mansion she shared with estranged ex Tom Girardi as her legal woes continue.
OK! reported, the stunning home which sits on a 1.72-acre lot and includes four bedrooms, nine bathrooms and five fireplaces was originally listed for $13 million before ultimately being cut down to $8.9 million in an effort to unload the property quickly.
As OK! previously reported, Jayne was recently slapped with an amended federal lawsuit stating that she must repay $25 million to creditors.
The blonde beauty is being sued by her ex's past clients in federal court. The plaintiffs are seeking to get their money back they claim went to Jayne to fund her lavish lifestyle and career.
The Sharknado 4 actress’ possible downsizing comes after she spilled that she is flat broke. “I’m out here rebuilding my life but, girl, I have zero dollars,” the “XXPEN$IVE” songstress told costar Kyle Richards on Wednesday’s episode of RHOBH.
“And by the time those trustees are done with [Tom Girardi], there’ll be nothing. So, I walk out of this with nothing,” she added.
The Dancing with the Stars alum filed for divorce from Girardi in November after 20 years of marriage. Within weeks, the estranged couple was embroiled in a messy lawsuit amid allegations they embezzled money intended for the families of the victims in the Lion Air Flight 610 plane crash that took place in 2018.
