Erika Jayne Seemingly Throws Shade At 'RHOBH' Costar Sutton Stracke Following Showdown
Erika Jayne's claws are out, and it looks like she won't be putting them away anytime soon.
During the Wednesday, September 8, episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Jayne (real name: Erika Girardi) hinted to legal ramifications during a confrontation with costar Sutton Stracke, who made claims regarding Jayne's apparent involvement in her estranged husband Tom Girardi's alleged embezzlement scheme. The embattled reality star clearly had more to say after the episode, as she took to social media to seemingly shade Stracke once more.
The 50-year-old posted a meme of Dorothy and the Scarecrow from The Wizard of Oz discussing people with no brains. In the photo from the scene, Dorothy asked: "How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?" to which the Scarecrow replied: "I don't know. But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking, don't they?"
Jayne didn't reveal why she decided to share the post, but all signs pointed to it having something to do with Stracke's accusations against the "Drip" singer.
Jayne didn't stop there with throwing shade online. The Pretty Mess author also shared a GIF on Twitter from the infamous Gladiator scene where the main character, Maximus, defeated several men in the arena and asked the crowd: "Are you not entertained? Is this not why you're here?" Whoever the message was intended for, it seems Jayne is aware people have taken interest in the drama surrounding her life.
Jayne's online digs come as she and Stracke continued their brutal confrontation from last week's episode. As OK! previously reported, the ladies were at Kathy Hilton's dinner party when Stracke decided to question Jayne over whether she was being truthful with the housewives about what she really knew of Girardi allegedly embezzling tens of millions of dollars from his clients.
On the new episode, Jayne warned the 59-year-old to stop accusing her of lying, asking Stracke: "Would you like to get sued?" to which Stracke replied: "No, of course not."
Kyle Richards tried to interject on Stracke's behalf, but Jayne wasn't having it, as she continued with her warning.

"If you want to talk about someone else's health issues and you think that person isn't gonna come after you, think again," Jayne advised, seemingly referring to Girardi and his declining health. (The disgraced lawyer was placed under a temporary conservatorship in February and it was later revealed he had been diagnosed with late-onset Alzheimer's and dementia.)
In a confessional, Jayne — who has been accused of hiding $25 million in a shell company to fund her lavish lifestyle — said Stracke is "in way over her head," noting: "It's not about me suing her. It's more about, 'Careful what you say about other people that aren't here.' He ain't dead and gone, honey."
Dorit Kemsley chimed in on the heated conversation to point out Jayne's comments sounded like a threat and asked if anyone questioning Jayne should be in fear of getting sued.
"I'm about to really lose my s**t on all of you," Jayne seethed in response before turning back to Stracke. "If you ever call me a liar again, I'm coming for you," she warned again as she pointed her finger at her. "Trust me."
While still at the dinner table, Stracke told Jayne she threatened her. Jayne refuted her declaration and noted that it was a "promise": "Don't push unless you are ready to get pushed back on."
Stracke seemed to have had enough with the drama and got up to leave.
Jayne's rollercoaster divorce from Girardi has been a major storyline on the most recent RHOBH season, with the estranged couple's legal woes in the spotlight. Jayne reportedly plans to confront her fellow castmates on the upcoming reunion special.
