It’s an “I do” do-over!
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are planning on a second wedding ceremony this summer, which they’re hoping will get all the folks who weren’t invited the first time around off their back, an insider tells OK!.
Only 40 guests made the cut for the couple’s pared-down nuptials at the country crooner’s Oklahoma ranch last July, “which was really awkward because they both have so many friends,” explains the insider. “Now that things are better Covid-wise, they want to fix that by having a huge second wedding at the ranch over the long Fourth of July weekend.”
Planning the big day has been a good distraction for Stefani, 52, and Shelton, 45, who’ve had some bumps adjusting to newlywed life. “They’ve had their issues over where they’re going to live full-time, Gwen’s neat-freak ways at home and Blake’s feelings about converting to Catholicism, but focusing on this has brought them closer."

But apparently Shelton isn't the only one making some changes for his new spouse, as his wifey has already gone full-blown country since tying the knot with the Oklahoma-born artist.
"She's changing everything for him," a pal previously spilled of the No Doubt alum, as OK! reported. "She's cooking him his favorite Southern meals, like biscuits and gravy, and would rather have a barbecue than dinner at a fancy restaurant."
Safe to say, the couple are really trying to blend into each other's lives as much as possible, and they already found the perfect mixture of their styles with their first wedding. An insider previously dished the ceremony "was a perfect blend of country and glamor," noting that the nuptials were "a dream come true" for the newlyweds, as OK! learned.
After planning wedding number two, the lovebirds could just as well be moving on to the next step on the to list: having a baby together! The couple have reportedly already been searching around for a surrogate, as growing a family together is definitely on their agenda.
They can't wait to see what the future holds," the source added.
