Fans were stunned when news broke on January 4 that Olivia Wilde has quietly been dating Harry Styles for weeks. But a source close to the couple exclusively tells OK! that "sparks have been flying" between the two for months on the set of their film, Don’t Worry Darling.

"Everyone knows Harry's a big flirt, and she fell under his spell," the source says of Wilde, 36, who directs, produces and stars in the upcoming psychological horror flick. "There was something strong happening between her and Harry from the beginning. They started spending all their free time together, including in her trailer and at the house Styles was borrowing from his pal James Corden."
And now, adds the source, "they're in that happy stage and enjoying themselves."

While some have questioned the pair's 10-year age difference (Styles is 26), the source says the former One Direction singer and the House alum aren't bothered by what others think.

"Harry happens to like older women and thinks Olivia is beautiful, strong, smart and talented," shares the source, adding that the actress — who shares kids Otis, 6, and Daisy, 4, with ex-fiancé Jason Sudeikis, 45 — is super into Styles as well.
"She likes guys who are a little offbeat and finds Harry is a total joy to be around." Though they've made their romance official — Styles and Wilde attended a wedding together in early January — the stars have agreed to take things slow, for now.

"Olivia's not looking for anything too serious at the moment," says the source, explaining that it was only in November that reports emerged that she ended her engagement to Sudeikis. "But she and Harry are having fun and looking forward to what the future holds."
