Hunter Biden said his father is 'doing OK' despite his 'painful' battle.
Hunter, 56, mentioned that despite the painful progression of the illness, his dad "is still out there" and continuing to fight for what he believes in.
Hunter called his dad “the rock of the family” and assured those concerned by his statements that he is strong and will prevail, even as his prostate cancer has spread.
“Hey everybody, I just wanted to take a moment and thank everyone who has reached out to me thousands of people who reached out to me to send their love, support, and prayers for my dad," he expressed. "By the way — same diagnosis, nothing’s changed. He is incredibly tough and an inspiration to us all — certainly an inspiration to me and the way that he handles every one of these hurdles."

The former president's prostate cancer is medically considered incurable but manageable.
While his initial May 2025 diagnosis confirmed an aggressive, hormone-sensitive Stage 4 cancer (Gleason score 9) that had already reached his bones, Hunter’s updates reveal the illness has progressed further.
