After the announcement that Nickelodeon’s hit show iCarly was gearing up for a reboot — three of the show stars are reuniting at the upcoming 2021 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards.
Miranda Cosgrove, Jerry Trainor and Nathan Kress will appear together at the awards ceremony to promote the upcoming revival of the hit show, which will premiere later this year on Paramount+, according to Page Six. It’s the first time the iCarly alums have been together onstage since the popular kids’ sitcom went off the air in 2012.
'GOSSIP GIRL' REBOOT: THERE WILL BE 'CAMEOS IN (ALMOST) EVERY EPISODE' — COVID PERMITTING
As OK! previously reported, Cosgrove, who played Carly; Trainor, who was Carly’s older brother, Spencer; and Kress, who played cameraman Freddie, are all set to return. Notably absent is Carly’s best friend Sam Puckett, played by Jennette McCurdy, as OK! recently learned she would not be joining the revival.
The 28-year-old recently explained why she’s done with acting and essentially slammed her body of work. "I resent my career in a lot of ways," she said on the Season 2 premiere of her podcast "Empty Inside" on February 24. "I feel so unfulfilled by the roles that I played and felt like it was the most just cheesy, embarrassing… I imagine there’s a very different experience to be had with acting if you’re proud of your roles."
It is not clear how the show will handle McCurdy’s absence.

Although the original series, which ran from 2007-2012, was for kids, the new show will be for adult audiences and will follow the characters in their present-day lives. While we wait for the highly anticipated reboot, OK! takes a look at the cast all grown up.
The cast reunited for a selfie in January.
