Celebrity hairstylist Frédéric Fekkai has been sued by seven alleged victims who accuse him of grooming girls to look "as young as possible" under the direction of convicted child rapist Jeffrey Epstein.
A civil complaint filed under the Gender-Motivated Violence Act details severe allegations against the prominent French stylist.
The court documents allege that Epstein directed Fekkai, 68, to bleach victims blonde and style them "like dolls" to make them appear as young as possible.
Epstein Allegedly Ordered Victims to Be Styled 'Like Dolls'
Frédéric Fekkai was sued by seven alleged victims who claim they were groomed by him 'under Epstein's direction.'
"Fekkai groomed the victims to look as young as possible under Epstein's direction,” the complaint reads. "Epstein would direct Fekkai to bleach victims blond and groomed them like dolls into Epstein's and other's liking."
Plaintiffs claim they were sent to Fekkai's salon for specific services dictated entirely by Epstein to facilitate his s---trafficking operation.
The seven plaintiffs are seeking unspecified damages in the lawsuit.
Jeffrey Epstein died by suicide in 2019 while awaiting trial on trafficking charges.
The civil lawsuit follows intensifying scrutiny from lawmakers regarding Fekkai's ties to the Epstein network.
Lawmakers on the House Oversight Committee previously urged the Department of Justice to investigate Fekkai for criminal conduct.
The legal filing was made just one day after Rep. Thomas Massie read Fekkai's name aloud in Congress, stating that he should be investigated and prosecuted, while he gathered signatures for the Epstein Files Transparency Act II.

Frédéric Fekkai Accused of Sexually Abusing Epstein Assistant
Epstein's former personal assistant Sarah Kellen testified that Frédéric Fekkai sexually abused her in the early 2000s.
These grooming accusations follow separate, explicit sexual assault allegations levied against Fekkai earlier in 2026.
In May, Epstein's former personal assistant Sarah Kellen testified behind closed doors that Fekkai had sexually abused her in the early 2000s.
Kellen testified that Fekkai invited her to a fake hair show in Maui and lodged her in his hotel room, where the alleged abuse took place. He allegedly claimed to be a Victoria's Secret scout to build credibility.
Frédéric Fekkai has vehemently denied all allegations of wrongdoing.
Through a media representative, Fekkai has previously vehemently denied all allegations of wrongdoing. His representative stated that Fekkai has never abused anyone, never participated in illegal behavior and knew nothing about Epstein's trafficking or crimes.
Fekkai continues to oversee his high-end beauty brands, serving as the founder and executive chairman of his namesake hair-care brand, which he bought back in 2018 to reposition toward sustainable packaging and clean ingredients.
His luxury hair studios continue to operate in elite markets, including New York City, Greenwich, Dallas and Palm Beach.
He and his wife, Shirin von Wulffen, continue to run Bastide, a "slow beauty" and eco-certified wellness brand inspired by his hometown of Aix-en-Provence, France.
“Mr Fekkai never abused anyone. He never participated in any illegal behavior. He knew nothing about Epstein’s repugnant depravity or trafficking. He did nothing wrong,” a spokesman for the hairdresser told CNN.
