Jenelle Evans Nixed From 'Teen Mom' Spinoff After Requesting To Have Controversial Hubby David Eason There For 'Support'

Jenelle Evans is spilling she was originally asked to take part in the upcoming Teen Mom spinoff series, but was ghosted after she asked to have controversial husband David Eason nearby.
“I said I want to bring David and he can stay down the street in a hotel,” she told The Sun. “I wanted to have someone there for support if sh*t hit the fan.”
After her request, the mother-of-three says MTV went silent. “They didn’t even tell me yes or no, they just ignored me,” she explained, before admitting it was probably for the best. “I’m glad they made the decision for me because I would have probably been up for it.”
Evans and Eason share four-year-old daughter Ensley together, while she also has two other children, Jace, 12, and Kaiser, 7, with two other men.

The North Carolina native was fired from Teen Mom 2 in 2019 after her husband allegedly shot and killed their beloved family dog, Nugget, for biting their daughter — who was 2 years old at the time — in the face. MTV had already canned Eason in 2018 after an alleged homophobic rant via Twitter.
Although Evans will not participate in the highly anticipated Teen Mom spinoff , OK! learned Farrah Abraham is making her triumphant return to MTV to partake in the series.
The 30-year-old — who was fired from MTV in 2017 due to her career in porn — has signed on for the special that will bring together cast members from Teen Mom OG, Teen Mom 2 and Teen Mom: Young & Pregnant.
The new series will bring the reality TV mamas together at a resort, and document the drama as they all live under the same roof.
A release date for the new series has not yet been determined. It is also unclear if Abraham’s 12-year-old daughter Sophia will partake in the show.
