Kelly Osbourne Checks Into Rehab Following Relapse, Vows To Quit Hollywood Once She Recovers
Working on herself!
Kelly Osbourne has reportedly checked into rehab after revealing she had relapsed on alcohol after nearly four years of sobriety earlier this year.
The daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne is seeking treatment in Austin, Texas, reported Radar, noting her family’s public issues had taken a toll on her.
“The scandal about her mom’s exit from The Talk had a tremendous impact on her,” a source close to the family spilled. “At the same time, Ozzy has crippling Parkinson’s disease and excruciating nerve damage. Kelly felt everything hit her at once.”
The insider added the 36-year-old is planning on walking away from Hollywood once she recovers.

As OK! previously reported, the Fashion Police alum revealed in April via Instagram that she had relapsed after years of sobriety and had to have the hard conversation with her family. "I have to hold myself accountable for every single thing I do, and I think that's why it was so important to me that I just came right out and said it," she explained. "I knew that if I didn't, I could have flown under the radar like that for a long time, and no one would have known."
During a chat on Red Table Talk in June, Osbourne opened up about being a “closet drinker” and what sparked her relapse. She revealed she had "made it all the way through the pandemic" before she spotted a woman and her husband drinking champagne poolside.
"It looked really nice and I was like, ‘I can do that, too,'" she explained. "And then the next day, I had two glasses, and then the day after that it was bottles."
The “One Word” songstress added she believed she could drink “like a normal person,” but quickly found out that wasn’t the case as alcohol had a grip on her.
"My drug of choice is alcohol. I love it,” she continued. “And I don't love it because I like the way it makes me feel — I like that it makes me not feel."
