Lamar Odom Reflects On Wedding To Khloé Kardashian, Admits He 'Never Thought About Getting Married Again'
Lamar Odom reflected on his wedding to Khloé Kardashian in the most recent episode of Celebrity Big Brother.
The former flames tied the knot in September 2009, only one month after they were first introduced to each other. Although Kardashian filed for divorce in 2013, the split was not finalized for another three years. The athlete's struggles with addiction, a DUI arrest and cheating allegations are believed to have played a role in why their relationship fell apart.
During the Monday, February 14, episode of the show, Cynthia Bailey asked Odom about their wedding, which was broadcasted on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. "It was a big deal. I looked like Prince Charming. I had a beautiful wife," he recalled, per Daily Mail.
"If anyone can whip up a 30-day star-studded wedding it's Kris Jenner," contestant Carson Kressley reportedly joked.
"When I married Khloé there were so many things that I did wrong when it came to that relationship," he admitted in a confessional, confessing that if he could take back his past actions, he would.
Odom said he never wanted to hurt his ex-wife, but he was not in a good place at the time, it was reported. "I wasn't taking care of myself," he explained during the episode.
Bailey said it sounded like Kardashian was the love of his life. "I never thought about getting married again," Odom replied, explaining that one of his biggest regrets in life was that he didn't treat the reality star right, per the outlet.

The former NBA player was previously engaged to Sabrina Parr, but they called it off in November 2020.
Bailey suggested that Odom contact Kardashian when he leaves the Big Brother house, to which he replied: "I'm going to try my damndest."
He reportedly revealed in a confessional he would like to take the Good American cofounder to dinner to apologize. "It will be a blessing just to be in her presence," he said. "She has the right to never ever want to see me again for the things I put her through but time moves on and people change."
"Just saying her name kind of brightens up my day," Odom gushed of his ex, per the publication. "All I can do is wish the best for her."
He also told his housemates he sometimes struggles to sleep at night because he's thinking about her.
In a previous episode, the 42-year-old told Todrick Hall he had a dream about his ex-wife. "I miss her so much. I wish I could take that time back," he lamented. Before entering the house, he even admitted he hoped they would cross paths while he's on the show.
As reported by OK!, sources revealed Kardashian is not worried about anything her ex-husband could say about her on the show. "Khloé thinks it’s actually great that Lamar went on because it’s more an opportunity than anything else," the source spilled.
